The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human CDH19 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341382G3, product code DMAB-CPT443) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human CDH19 (Cadherin-19), a member of the cadherin superfamily involved in calcium-dependent cell–cell adhesion. CDH19 is primarily expressed in neural crest-derived tissues and has been implicated in cell differentiation, tissue morphogenesis, and tumor-associated cellular adhesion processes. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human CDH19 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT443 (capture) with DMAB-CPT444 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of CDH19 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity.
DMAB-CPT443 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
