The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human CCDC23 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341286D9, product code DMAB-CPT476) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human CCDC23 (Coiled-Coil Domain Containing Protein 23). CCDC23 is a coiled-coil domain–containing protein implicated in intracellular structural organization and protein complex assembly, with functional roles that are still being elucidated in cellular homeostasis and regulatory pathways. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human CCDC23 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT475 (capture) with DMAB-CPT476 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of CCDC23 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT476 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
