General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1596W) is a mouse-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human CCBE1, targeting the amino acid region 120–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CCBE1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCBE1, or collagen and calcium-binding EGF domain-containing protein 1, is a gene that encodes a secreted glycoprotein essential for lymphatic vascular development and extracellular matrix remodeling. The protein it produces features structural motifs including two collagen-like domains and two EGF-like domains (one of which is calcium-binding), which facilitate its roles in cell migration and tissue morphogenesis. Expressed primarily in tissues like the ovary, heart, and lymphatic endothelium, CCBE1 is downregulated in certain ovarian cancers, potentially contributing to tumor progression.
CABT-L1596W is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
CABT-L1596W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
