General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT959) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human CACHD1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CACHD1 (Cache domain-containing protein 1), also called VWCD1 (VWFA and cache domain-containing protein 1), is a type I membrane protein involved that modulates the activities of voltage-gated Ca(2+) channels (VGCCs) (PMID: 30181139; 30404013). CACHD1 has two isoforms, with molecular weights of 142 kDa and 109 kDa respectively. It has certain glycosylation modifications, and the molecular weight of isoform1 after glycosylation modification is 170 kDa. DMAB-CPT959 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-80 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT959 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
