The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human ATP4A Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341424I2, product code DMAB-CPT518) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human ATP4A (H+/K+ ATPase alpha subunit). ATP4A is the catalytic subunit of the gastric proton pump responsible for hydrochloric acid secretion in gastric parietal cells and plays a central role in gastric acidification, digestive physiology, and epithelial ion transport processes. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human ATP4A and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT517 (capture) with DMAB-CPT518 (detection), enabling highly sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.031–2 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of ATP4A in biological samples and optimized for high-sensitivity CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring strong specificity and ultra-low detection limits.
