We recommend the following antibody pair to develop a pharmacokinetic (PK) bridging assay to measure free drug: CABT-ZB200 - CABT-ZB201 CABT-ZB200 is recommended for use as a capture antibody when paired with CABT-ZB201 as a detection antibody. Durvalumab with trade name Imfinzi, is an FDA-approved anti-cancer drug. It is known as a checkpoint inhibitor drug, developed by Medimmune/AstraZeneca. Durvalumab is a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody. It blocks the interaction of programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) with the PD-1 (CD279).
