This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1266W) is a human-derived monoclonal antibody raised against mite Der p 10. Der p 10 is a minor allergen derived from the house dust mite Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus. It is the mite tropomyosin, a highly conserved actin-binding protein involved in cytoskeletal regulation and muscle contraction. Due to its strong structural conservation across invertebrate species, Der p 10 is considered a cross-reactive pan-allergen and is associated with immunological cross-reactivity between house dust mites, shrimp, crab, cockroaches, and other arthropods. Although less prevalent than major mite allergens such as Der p 1 and Der p 2, sensitization to Der p 10 is clinically relevant in patients with broader invertebrate allergy profiles and is often evaluated in component-resolved allergy diagnostics. CABT-L1266W is suitable for use in ELISA application. CABT-L1266W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
