General Notes
Clone SFB430 recognizes the human dendritic cell immunoreceptor (DCIR) antigen, a single-pass type II membrane protein with a single carbohydrate recognition domain which is also known as C-type lectin domain family 4 member A (CLEC4A) or lectin-like immunoreceptor (LLIR). The antibody is suited for staining of formaldehyde-fixed cells and the recommended dilution is 1:11. Clone SFB430 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
