Clone SFB600 recognizes the human CrkL antigen phosphorylated at tyrosine 207 (pY207). The antibody is suited for staining of formaldehyde-fixed cells and the recommended dilution is 1:11. Clone SFB600 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
