Precision

Mean coefficient of variations of interpolated values of Toxin A + Toxin B from a single spiked concentration of cell culture media within the working range of the assay.

234.375 - 15000 pg/mL

Sensitivity

The calculated minimal detectable dose (MDD) is 38 pg/mL. The MDD was determined by calculating the mean of zero standard replicates (n=24) and adding 2 standard deviations then extrapolating the corresponding concentration.
