Clone SFB863 recognizes the human cadherin-13 antigen, also known as T-Cadherin or H-Cadherin (heart cadherin). The recommended dilution of the antibody for staining is 1:50. Cells should be stained prior to fixation, if formaldehyde is used as a fixative. Clone SFB863 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
