YST9.1 antibody is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the lipopolysaccharide A antigen of Brucella. It has been reported that YST9.1 can discriminate the Brucella abortus A antigen from the nearly identical Brucella melitensis M antigen by forming a groove-type binding site.
