Suitable for PK bridging ELISA. We recommend the following for sandwich ELISA (Capture - Detection): CABT-ZB180 - CABT-ZB181. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
This antibody binds specifically to Avelumab. We recommend the following antibody pair to develop a pharmacokinetic (PK) bridging assay: CABT-ZB180 - CABT-ZB181. CABT-ZB180 is recommended for use as a capture antibody when paired with CABT-ZB181. Avelumab (Bavencio) is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody. It is approved for the treatment of certain cancers, including metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma and urothelial carcinoma. The drug targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with the PD-1 receptor, thereby restoring T cell activity and enhancing the immune system's ability to attack cancer cells.
