This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1272W) is a human-derived monoclonal antibody raised against arachis hypogaea Ara h 6. Ara h 6 is a major peanut allergen derived from Arachis hypogaea. It belongs to the 2S albumin seed storage protein family and is a small, heat-stable, and digestion-resistant protein containing multiple disulfide bonds that contribute to its structural stability. Ara h 6 is highly homologous to Ara h 2 and shares significant IgE cross-reactivity, making it one of the most clinically important components in peanut allergy. Sensitization to Ara h 6 is strongly associated with systemic and potentially severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. Due to its high allergenic potency and stability, Ara h 6 is widely included in component-resolved diagnostics (CRD) to improve risk assessment and differentiation between primary peanut sensitization and cross-reactive responses. CABT-L1272W is suitable for use in ELISA application. CABT-L1272W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
