Intended Use

This kit is designed for the quantitative detection of Anti-Tirzepatide in serum and plasma​​ using ELISA​​ methodology. For research use only (RUO). Not for diagnostic procedures.

Contents of Kit

1. Pre-coated Microplate: 1 plate, 2-8°C
2. Standards: 2 vials, -20°C/2-8°C. Note: It is strongly recommended to use standards that are identical to the analyte in the samples. If this is not possible, the standards provided with the kit may be used.
3. Sample Diluent: 15 mL, 2-8°C
4. HRP-Conjugated Antibody: 10 mL, 2-8°C
5. TMB Substrate: 10 mL, 2-8°C
6. Stop Solution: 10 mL, 2-8°C
7. Wash Buffer (20X): 30 mL, 2-8°C
8. Plate Sealer: 2 sheets

Storage

The unopened kit is stable for at least 12 months from the date of manufacture at 2°C to 8°C, and the opened kit is stable for up to 1 month from the date of opening at 2°C to 8°C.
