General Description
Teriparatide, also known as PTH(1-34), is the biologically active N-terminal 1-34 amino acid fragment of human parathyroid hormone. As a therapeutic peptide, Teriparatide may induce anti-drug antibodies (ADA) during treatment, which could potentially affect drug exposure, efficacy assessment, and immunogenicity evaluation. This kit is designed for the detection of anti-Teriparatide/PTH(1-34) antibodies in samples and may be used as a research tool for immunogenicity studies and related drug evaluation.
Reconstitution And Storage
Upon receipt, store all reagents at 2 - 8 °C. Equilibrate all required reagents/components to room temperature before use. Use the kit before the expiration date indicated on the label. After reconstitution, aliquot the Biotinylated Tracer immediately and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
