Small Organic Molecule (SOM)−HRP Conjugates are mainly used for developing an ELISA-based assay for quantifying small organic molecules. All our SOM-HRP conjugates have minimal SOM molecules on each HRP to maximize its ELISA assay sensitivity. The ratio of SOM/protein is typically kept 1-2. All our SOM-HRP conjugates have been fully characterized with our ABTS, TMB and ADHP peroxidase substrates. A typical of 1: 5,000 to 100,000 dilution were used for ELISA application.
