General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3959) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF674, targeting the amino acid region 99–193 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a zinc finger protein with an N-terminal Kruppel-associated box-containing (KRAB) domain and 11 Kruppel-type C2H2 zinc finger domains. Like other zinc finger proteins, this gene may function as a transcription factor. This gene resides on an area of chromosome X that has been implicated in nonsyndromic X-linked mental retardation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. CABT-BL3959 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. CABT-BL3959 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
