General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3944) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF618, targeting the amino acid region 200–382 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Zinc finger protein 618 (ZNF618) is a key protein associated with DNA methylation and acts as a specific 5hmC reader in vivo to regulate UHRF2 function by promoting UHRF2 chromatin localization. In addition, ZNF618 is not only associated with the induction, maintenance or progression of female breast cancer, but is also up-regulated in lung cancer cells.
CABT-BL3944 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:400–1:1,600) applications.
CABT-BL3944 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
