General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL6044) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF462, targeting the amino acid region 361–460 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF462 from mouse, rat, chicken, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to C2H2-type zinc finger family of proteins. It contains multiple C2H2-type zinc fingers and may be involved in transcriptional regulation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
CABT-BL6044 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL6044 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
