This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3908) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF431, targeting the amino acid region 371–470 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger family of proteins. The encoded protein may negatively regulate transcription of target genes, including the hedgehog signaling pathway receptor patched 1, by interacting with histone deacetylases. Mutations in this gene may be associated with non-syndromic facial clefting in human patients.
CABT-BL3908 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL3908 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
