General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3907) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF420. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a KRAB-type zinc finger protein that negatively-regulates p53-mediated apoptosis. Under stress conditions, the encoded protein is phosphorylated by ATM and dissociates from p53, which activates p53 and initiates apoptosis. CABT-BL3907 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. CABT-BL3907 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
