This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3861) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF138, targeting the amino acid region 1–172 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF138 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF138 (Zinc Finger Protein 138) is a human gene (mapped to 64,254,766-64,294,059 in GRCh37) that encodes a Krüppel-type transcription factor with potential roles in gene repression and brain development. It contains a KRAB domain and is localized to the nucleus, acting as a DNA-binding protein.
CABT-BL3861 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications.
CABT-BL3861 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
