This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL6003) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZCCHC7, targeting the amino acid region 401–500 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ZCCHC7 (Zinc Finger CCHC-Type Containing 7) is a 543-amino acid protein that acts as a key component of the nucleolar TRAMP-like complex, playing a crucial role in rRNA processing and RNA surveillance. It binds to RNA and interacts with PAPD5/PAPD7, often being implicated in regulatory roles during cancer progression. CABT-BL6003 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL6003 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
