This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5993) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZBTB9, targeting the amino acid region 331–430 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZBTB9 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ZBTB9 (Zinc Finger And BTB Domain Containing 9), also known as ZNF919, is a transcriptional regulator involved in cellular metabolism and differentiation. It plays a dual, cell-state-dependent role in adipocyte biology, acting as a critical regulator of PPARγ signaling and influencing BMI, Type 2 Diabetes (T2D), and adipogenesis.
CABT-BL5993 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL5993 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
