This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3828) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZBTB10. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZBTB10 (Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 10) is a human protein and gene that functions as a transcription regulator. It is known to bind specifically to telomeric variant repeats (TTGGGG), and is involved in cancer progression, with higher expression linked to poorer survival in certain cancers. CABT-BL3828 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1: 100-300) applications. CABT-BL3828 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
