Introduction
Agriocnemis victoria is a species of damselfly in family Coenagrionidae. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Cameroon, Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Uganda, and Zambia. Its natural habitats are rivers, swamps, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes.

Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP) is a genetic mutant of green fluorescent protein, derived from Aequorea victoria. Its excitation peak is 514 nm and its emission peak is 527 nm. Like green fluorescent protein (GFP), it is a useful tool in cell and molecul
