This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3818) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human XRN2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with XRN2 from mouse and monkey. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a 5'-3' exonuclease that promotes transcription termination at cotranscriptional cleavage sites. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. CABT-BL3818 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300), ELISA (1:20000) applications. CABT-BL3818 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
