WDSUB1 (WD Repeat, Sterile Alpha Motif, And U-Box Domain Containing 1) is a protein-coding gene and enzyme that acts as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, regulating protein ubiquitination. It is involved in cochlear hair cell development and regulates the ankle-link complex (ALC) by mediating the ubiquitination of Usher syndrome protein Ush2a. CABT-BL5977 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications. CABT-BL5977 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
