General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3798) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human WDR70, targeting the amino acid region 393–649 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. WD repeat-containing protein 70 (WDR70), which is composed of six WD40 repeat domain functions as a subunit of CRL4 complex in homology-directed repair (HDR) by regulating the transcription of BRCA1, BRCA2, RAD51, and substantial additional transcriptomic changes. CABT-BL3798 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application. CABT-BL3798 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
