This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3792) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human WDR26, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with WDR26 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. Two transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.
CABT-BL3792 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL3792 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
