This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3748) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human USP26. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with USP26 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the ubiquitin-specific processing (UBP) family of proteases and is a deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) with His and Cys domains. It is specifically expressed in testis tissue. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Sertoli cell-only syndrome and male infertility. CABT-BL3748 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL3748 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
