General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3745) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UROC1, targeting the amino acid region 327–676 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human UROC1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UROC1, also named as Urocanase and Imidazolonepropionate hydrolase, is involved in Urocanase deficiency (UROCD). UROC1 has some isoforms with MW 65-75 kDa and 80 kDa. CABT-BL3745 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. CABT-BL3745 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
