This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3723) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UBL3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UBL3 (Ubiquitin Like 3) encodes a ubiquitin-like modifier protein involved in post-translational modification and protein sorting processes. Unlike classical ubiquitin, UBL3 has been shown to regulate protein trafficking to small extracellular vesicles (sEVs), influencing intercellular communication and extracellular signaling. UBL3-mediated modification can affect protein stability, localization, and secretion. Recent studies have suggested potential roles in cancer biology and immune regulation through modulation of extracellular vesicle cargo composition. CABT-BL3723 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. CABT-BL3723 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
