This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3716) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TYW5, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TYW5 from rat, mouse, dog, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables several functions, including iron ion binding activity; protein homodimerization activity; and tRNA(Phe) (7-(3-amino-3-carboxypropyl)wyosine37-C2)-hydroxylase activity. Involved in wybutosine biosynthetic process. Predicted to be located in cytoplasm.
CABT-BL3716 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL3716 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
