This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3704) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TUSC5, targeting the amino acid region 101–177 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TUSC5 from mouse, rat, dog, and horse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to be involved in endosome to plasma membrane protein transport and glucose import in response to insulin stimulus. Predicted to act upstream of or within establishment of localization in cell and vesicle fusion to plasma membrane. Predicted to be located in cytoplasmic vesicle membrane and plasma membrane. Predicted to be active in membrane.
CABT-BL3704 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL3704 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
