General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5930) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TUSC1, targeting the amino acid region 131–212 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TUSC1 from mouse, pig, and cow. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene is located within the region of chromosome 9p that harbors tumor suppressor genes critical in carcinogenesis. It is an intronless gene which is downregulated in non-small-cell lung cancer and small-cell lung cancer cell lines, suggesting that it may play a role in lung tumorigenesis. CABT-BL5930 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test) application. CABT-BL5930 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
