General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5891) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TRAF7. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF; see MIM 191160) receptor-associated factors, such as TRAF7, are signal transducers for members of the TNF receptor superfamily (see MIM 191190). TRAFs are composed of an N-terminal cysteine/histidine-rich region containing zinc RING and/or zinc finger motifs; a coiled-coil (leucine zipper) motif; and a homologous region that defines the TRAF family, the TRAF domain, which is involved in self-association and receptor binding.
CABT-BL5891 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:15–1:50) applications.
CABT-BL5891 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
