This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5890) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TPST2, targeting the amino acid region 85–180 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TPST2 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, sheep, and monkey. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the O-sulfation of tyrosine residues within acidic regions of proteins. The encoded protein is a type II integral membrane protein found in the Golgi body. Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
CABT-BL5890 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL5890 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
