This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TPRG1 from mouse, rat, dog, and horse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable calmodulin binding activity and identical protein binding activity. Predicted to be involved in presynaptic modulation of chemical synaptic transmission; regulation of glutamatergic synaptic transmission; and regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis. Predicted to act upstream of or within calcineurin-NFAT signaling cascade; negative regulation of synaptic transmission; and synaptic vesicle docking. Located in extracellular exosome. CABT-BL5889 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. CABT-BL5889 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
