This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3627) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TMEM93, targeting the amino acid region 2–80 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TMEM93 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Contributes to membrane insertase activity. Involved in autophagosome assembly; protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence; and tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Located in endoplasmic reticulum membrane and omegasome membrane. Part of EMC complex.
CABT-BL3627 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL3627 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
