General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3606) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMEM145. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TMEM145 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TMEM145 (Transmembrane Protein 145) is a critical transmembrane protein, characterized by a Golgi dynamics (GOLD) domain and seven transmembrane domains, essential for maintaining the structural integrity of outer hair cell (OHC) stereocilia in the inner ear. It acts as a key component in stereociliary link structures, specifically anchoring stereocilia via horizontal top connectors and tectorial membrane-attachment crowns.
CABT-BL3606 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:100) applications.
CABT-BL3606 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
