This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5848) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human THUMPD3, targeting the amino acid region 131–230 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with THUMPD3 from mouse, rat, dog, and horse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables tRNA (guanine(6)-N2)-methyltransferase activity and tRNA (guanine(7)-N2)-methyltransferase activity. Involved in tRNA methylation. Located in cytosol and nucleolus. Part of tRNA methyltransferase complex.
CABT-BL5848 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL5848 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
