This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5841) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TGIF2LX. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the TALE/TGIF homeobox family of transcription factors. Testis-specific expression suggests that this gene may play a role in spermatogenesis. A homolog of this gene lies within the male specific region of chromosome Y, in a block of sequence that is thought to be the result of a large X-to-Y transposition. CABT-BL5841 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. CABT-BL5841 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
