This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3541) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TCEAL8. It has been affinity purified by protein A. TCEAL8 (Transcription Elongation Factor A Like 8) is a human protein-coding gene located on chromosome Xq22.1 that encodes a 117-amino acid nuclear protein. It belongs to the TFS-II family and the TFA subfamily and functions as a regulator of gene transcription. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a pancreatic cancer marker. CABT-BL3541 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:100) applications. CABT-BL3541 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
