General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3491) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SYTL1, targeting the amino acid region 106–326 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Synaptotagmin-like protein 1 (SYTL1, also known as SLP1 and Exophilin-7) is a protein that plays a crucial role in vesicle trafficking and exocytosis. SYTL1 differentially regulates the secretion of prostate-specific antigen and prostatic-specific acid phosphatase (PMID: 36653850). The expression level of SYTL1 is also associated with bladder cancer progression (PMID: 36107384). CABT-BL3491 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000) application. CABT-BL3491 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
