This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5784) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SULT1B1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Sulfotransferase enzymes catalyze the sulfate conjugation of many hormones, neurotransmitters, drugs, and xenobiotic compounds. These cytosolic enzymes are different in their tissue distributions and substrate specificities. The gene structure (number and length of exons) is similar among family members. However, the total genomic length of this gene is greater than that of other SULT1 genes.
CABT-BL5784 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:100–1:200) applications.
CABT-BL5784 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
