This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3429) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SPINK8, targeting the amino acid region 22–60 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. SPINK8 (Serine Peptidase Inhibitor Kazal-type 8) is a protein-coding gene in humans and mice, identified as a putative serine-type endopeptidase inhibitor. Highly expressed in the epididymis, it plays a role in sperm maturation by regulating proteolytic processing, with expression levels regulated by testosterone-dependent factors. CABT-BL3429 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. CABT-BL3429 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
