This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3411) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SORCS3, targeting the amino acid region 34–190 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SORCS3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Sortilin related VPS10 domain-containing receptor 3 (SorCS3) belongs to the vacuolar protein sorting 10 protein (VPS10p) receptor family. SorCS3 is a specific receptor for nerve growth factor (NGF) that regulates NGF signal transduction across membranes, and SorCS3 is mainly expressed in the hippocampus and cortex of the brain (PMID: 35393432). CABT-BL3411 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000) application. CABT-BL3411 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
