General Notes

This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3405) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SOHLH1, targeting the amino acid region 51–118 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SOHLH1 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes one of testis-specific transcription factors which are essential for spermatogenesis, oogenesis and folliculogenesis. This gene is located on chromosome 9. Mutations in this gene are associated with nonobstructive azoospermia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
CABT-BL3405 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
